No easy way to ask this..... Would anyone know if the above estate is a nice place to live or not? I'm genuinely just looking for guidance here.

    TIA

    Good location.

Houses visually very unattractive from the exterior but lovely inside.

Insufficient parking but a small play area in estate for kids. Creche also based in estate.

Like any estate, a mixed bag of residents!

check out the estate on fine day, see the people that frequent the area that come and go. then again in evenings to see if you people playing music or just overly loud. (have neighbors near that use their house for some band practice in fairness they do stop come 10pm however thankfully 6 doors away from them, wouldn't like to be beside them.)

check the traffic in the morning and evening, on a wet day like today you would know how bad it will be if you need to cross town for work etc.

from there you can make your own judgement if you fit in or not.
