I am being quoted 726 euro plus 13.5% vat to install two new outdoor lights in pillar and a new light over the front door and a new outdoor plug and light in garage. Also putting up three new sensors on exiting lights. Is that extortionate or the going rate?

You would be looking at €100-€120 plus vat for a point I.e socket, light etc. it’s the average here in cork so add up your work there it’s in the same parish.
