Can anyone outline steps when opening 1 man LTD company?

    Hi folks,

    I would like to open ltd company for running Youtube channels and not sure how to properly register the company. The websites say that company requires director, secretary etc..

    Has anyone had similar experience or perhaps may know how to do it?
