Virgin Broadband Install

    Does anyone know what's going on with Virgin Media installs these days?

    So far I've taken three days off waiting for an install.

    Installer One arrives at 6 pm: We need to drill I need so he needs a supervisor's help...

    Installer Two (a week later) 6.30 pm: Advises he will call even though he is supposed to be finished (but called at 8 am to say he's on his way). We need to drill and need help so can't do it...

    Installer Three (week three): I need to get my van repaired (only found out that because I called support) - Despite a text saying he would be here by 12.

    If I call customer service they tell me they are having issues with the installers, if I can installer dispatch he tells me to call customer service.


    I imagine Eir would be worse - or do they all use the same installers?
