Sanity Clause 2023 - 31 days of running

    Hey Guys,

    I’ve set up the annual Sanity Clause thread over in the Triathlon forum. It’s a very simple challenge.

    Run everyday in December for a minimum of 30 minutes each day, you can’t bank days example: run 60 minutes on Monday and rest on a Tuesday it must be consecutive.

    I’ve been doing it a few years now and it’s a good excuse to get out the door regardless of the weather. One of the other members will add a google doc to track each participants distance covered and when their run streak ends.
