The house is in terrible disrepair & the person that was squatting had mental health & drink issues & has since died. He ran up the ESB bill in the previous owners name. Basically, does the 2 year vacant period have to be within most recent 2 years? If so, could an Affidavid from sellers solicitor help our case?
