Also for those happy to wait, BYD has recently announced the Seal's SUV version called the Sea Lion which IMO looks fantastic and solves the strangely proportioned rear end and looks to have a hatch opening. Could be a huge hit if it comes to Ireland.

Absolutely, from press bits it should hitting the Chinese market in Q1 24 and Europe mid-year. Pricing is expected to be in line with Model Y similair to Seal/M3.

Seal is €5k more expensive than the Model 3, will this be the same compared to the MY?

Hard to say when its extrapolating from Chinese pricing but as with the Seal/M3 they are pretty much the same price when you take into account differing spec. The Seal Design is roughly 46k and standard M3 is 43k with up to and additional 2k for colour options (only white is free) and 1.3k if you want brighter interior.
