Boots online issue

Order frequently from boots with no issue. Tried at weekend and kept failing, couldn't pay with PayPal nor entering card details directly. My bank said boots have changed where payment.made and not set up for verified by Visa, that now payment made to Roi comm.. Anyone else have similar issue? Boots support wouldn't give…
