Electrician for odd jobs in Dun Laoghaire

Anyone know of an electrican or even an apprentice would would be willing to do small jobs. I'm finding it very difficult to get someone. Just need one plug socket moved around 30cm and another plug socket installed. (there is already a plug socket on the other side of the wall so should be easy I think)
