Sonos setup

    Hi

    For a Sonos music streaming setup for an existing house with wireless speakers. Is it as simple as buying wireless portable speakers and running your streaming app via the phone and selecting the room of choice. Am considering a setup - kitchen dining area the biggest size then living room and bedroom which are smaller spaces thx

    Yes that simple.

    I've mine wired with speakers in the ceilings driven by sonos amps. Probably an easier way to do it these days if you wanted to put them in the ceilings.

    Little google nest minis would probably do the job in some rooms they work with sonos so you can control the sonos speakers via voice, probably save you a few quid over putting sonos in every room.
