What would be the best option in terms of creating a Privacy Policy and Terms of Use for a mobile medical app?

There have been multiple attempts at medical apps, your biggest challenge is going to be breaches of patient confidentiality and responsibility for the information/advice shared on the app. Will your t&cs protect you?
