Sky broadband over Virgin fibre

    Hi, I’ve just had Sky fibre installed, and so far so good, however I have an issue with playing radio on my iPhone or home pod via Apple Music. It no longer works. I can disconnect from sky and it will work, but will not while connected to Sky. Any ideas?

    Going to add to this, 2FA for eBay won’t work either ..

    2fa is now working but radio stations on the home pod or iphone do not. this is likely due to a geographical IP related issue rather than anything upstream. I spoke with sky and eventually got talking to someone and they said they do have a disproportionate amount of issues relating to this. My advice is if you rely or really use radio on apple music - hold off for now, I'll report back if it ever gets fixed..
