Hi

I was wondering is there much of a difference between these two laptops. Screen size obviously, but the smaller one seems to have a better graphics card?

I am aware they are not top end gaming laptops, but for the likes of Roblox etc for an 11 year old, (also be used for web browsing, MS Office) the spec (RAM and Processor) seem decent?

Would appreciate any comments. Is the smaller screen worth the pay off the GDDR6 gives?

That's kinda perplexing. I can't see any difference bar the screen size, which is somehow cheaper. Anyone else seeing anything I'm missing here?

It most certainly does with processes that demand it, like high resolution work. At most basic needs 8GB is minimum, but for high demand processes you can look at 24GB

There's no GDDR6 in that laptop at all. The integrated Iris XE GPU takes it's VRAM from the main RAM.

You really need your added RAM on your graphics card. As with all things computing I personally love a bit more than I need of everything as it gives more flexibility and some future-proofing, but that’s just me. I know these days many of us want to keep electric consumption to minimum where possible.

Ah crap, I bought the one with the smaller monitor as I thought it had a GDDR6 which I understood made it better than the 15inch....

I'll get it returned for the other one if its the case that they are the exact same?

Not your fault, the listing is simply wrong. The two laptops have the same CPU, so the same integrated graphics card.
