Climote obsolete

    I can't enable my heating remotely via Climote app

    I can change via the wall controller

    The Controller Menu/ Back button is flashing red

    I have reset the Controller several times

    I contacted the Climote help desk. They informed me my controller is obsolete and I need to buy a new controller

    Can anyone confirm that Climote controllers have a time limit and become obsolete?
