    Italy has banned lab grown meat for social and economic risks. I personally think this is good news. Especially coming from a country with such a distinguished reputation for the quality and provenance of its good

    Who knows if that's a good or a bad thing. I think synthetic meats are on the way sooner that we think. They are already manufacturing protein powder on a large scale, it's not allowed for human consumption but can be used in pet food. I'm sure China will have no issue blending it into meat like food then fobbing it off to its citizens as real food
