    I cannot control my Climote from the app.

    I have reset the controller a few times. The Menu back button ie flashing red.

    I can control the heating from the controller

    Climote help desk tells me my controller is old and obsolete. They say I need to buy a new controller.

    Isthis true that older controllers are now throw aways?

    It seems this may unfortunately be true. Mine stopped working at the start of the month, and now they've said "due to current hardware/software limitations, the climote remote function is no longer active on your particular climote." and that I'd need to pay to replace the device.

    Yet there is no talk of a refund of the subscription paid.

    Same here - app stopped working a couple of weeks ago and now main controller on wall not responsive. Controller came with house but we think it dates from 2018 so not exactly ancient

    My climote is still working. App working fine as well.
