Help re 1990s concert

    Not sure if this is the right place to post this, move if needed.

    I went to a Lighthouse Family concert in the Rds in 1998 (I think) and they were supported by a black artist who I can't remember her name (she had a one hit wonder around the same time).

    Anyone remember her, it's doing my head in...
