    I've been living here for 12+ years, 22 now I'm pretty sure I'm eligible for citizenship. Can you tell me how I can apply and how long would I have to wait? I'm thinking of studying in NI as the cost of living here is abysmal. Do I need to have Irish citizenship to live there or is being from the EU enough? Thank you
