Hi, I'm clueless with this, but could anyone let me know what do I do with a Macbook Pro Retina, 13-inch, Mid 2014 which hasn't been updated in yonks.. is it possible? and if so - how do I get that done?! tia

Go to the apple logo on the top left, click About This Mac and then Software Update

Thanks, yeah it won't update like that.
Shows "No updates available" and lists incompatible App updates, none of which are for OS
