I booked a parking space but made a mistake re the timing. I went into Manage my Booking and I could edit the car registration number only! Strangely I could not edit the times!
When I told the lady on the phone who helped out she said that is why they get paid! To help with these things!!!
But when I told her I had been waiting for 10 minutes before anyone answered the call in the first place and the time she took to make those changes all added up to just less that 20 minutes it did not register with her that if I could do that myself online it could have been done in 1 minute!
Has anyone else made a mistake with the time and had to call up? Were you waiting to a repeated message every 5 seconds!
