    Depends what you're after. If it's something cheap but functional to fulfill gear check requirements for an event then maybe the Berghaus Deluge would be a good option. But if it's for something ultralight that's waterproof and breathable then something like this: https://www.inov-8.com/eu/trailpant-waterproof-trouser-mens

    It's worth noting that it would be fairly unusual to wear waterproof pants for normal long runs. Even on rough mountain terrain and at winter events like the Art O'Neill runners tend to wear tights or shorts.
