Ankle Sprain

I’ve an ankle sprain for about 6 month now and decided to get it checked out. Only had an X-ray and planned in for a blood test. Ankle is swollen! Just curious if anyone else suffered the same injury and what was required to aid recovery!

Get yourself to a good physiotherapist sooner rather than later. You are likely doing yourself more damage by continuing on as is. A physiotherapist will know what kind of soft tissue damage is at play, whether an mri is required, and what sort of rehab is needed, as well as being able to work through any scar tissue.
