Refund on Working Holiday (417) Visa

    I have decided I am not going to go to Australia even though I have paid and been granted a 417 Working Holiday Visa back in February of this year.

    I was wondering is it possible to get a refund for this application even though I have already been granted the Visa?

    Also can I apply again in the future even if I let this application (Feb 23 - Feb 24) run over?

    Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
