    Hey folks.

I want to buy an amp for my partner for Christmas.

With black friday coming up. I thought maybe now is good.

I know so little about music and sound.

I know she's looking for an amp with the following characteristics:

Battery, plug a guitar and mic into it.

She has a guitar that looks acoustic but has a plug socket.

She's mentioned a looper as a nice to have. I don't know if that's a feature or a set of pedals.

I have about 300 to spend on it. Is that feasible? Can anyone suggest one she would likely be happy with?

Her amp was destroyed by falling into a sea..quite literally.

    Thanks

She wants a decent busking amp then. You won't go wrong with a Roland Street Cube - there are a couple on adverts.ie for just over the €200 mark. As for a looper, they're not built into amps generally but you can pick up a pedal for under a 100 bucks. The Boss RC series of loopers are easy to use and virually indestructible (also made by Roland).
