Summons after Adult Caution

    Hi,

    I received an adult caution for an offence last year where I went to the station and signed all the paperwork. Today I received a summons for the same offence even though they said the caution was the end of it. Do you know is this common practice or what I should do?

    How did you arrange the adult caution, did you already receive a charge sheet or were you brought before the court by way of charge sheet?
