Any problem buying a TV from Germany?

I can order a good brand TV from a reliable online retailer in Germany for under 700euro incl vat and delivery - it costs at least 850euro here. It's originally for the German market, but apart from probably having a 2-pin plug and having to change the language settings to English is there any problem I'm not thinking of?
