Apnea test- expect

Having a sleep apnea test in the Bons Glasnevin early next year. I Have to be in for 1pm regardless of day. Sundays are 11am. I just thought this was so early , considering only tested late at night when ready to sleep? Anybody else had them here and what was their experience? Also what did they do all pm and eve until…
