Heat Pump zone system

Moved into A rated new build with heat pump and two zone system. One upstairs and one downstairs. Got wooden floors down and never thought about underfloor heating due to costs. No radiators downstairs which I did not notice. Essentially I have no heating downstairs and starting to get cold. I cant afford to get my floors…

I cant afford to get my floors taken up for underfloor heating and put back down.
Any suggestions for best options? Feeling foolish and worried about costs.
