for context I work as a contractor through an umbrella company. To claim electronic expenses Im told I need a VAT receipt with the umbrella company name on it.
im hoping to buy a printer and also a phone, which are both needed to complete my work but I don’t want to get stung not being able to claim it back. im wondering do the likes of Harvey Norman or currys provide VAT receipts? Or is the way around it to order clock and collect online and put in the company as the billing address?

Certainly Harvey Norman have always been able to supply me with VAT receipts with my company name on them no problem if you ask
