Roof Repairs costs

    Can anyone give me a rough idea of the cost of the following? 

    RE: Roof/Loft 

    1. Add additional support to purlines and collars to roof timbers?

    2. Add fire resistant stud partition to wall on adjoining property?

    3. Cover and insulate Water tank and improve supports?

    4. Replace extension flat roof?

    I have added some pics, would appreciate any idea of costs?

    What size is the flat roof?

    I've recently replaced my 60m2 flat roof. It was a torch-on membrane previously, with zero insulation. Replaced it with a warm roof i.e. new timber structure, 120mm insulation boards, another layer of timber and all relevant barriers/membranes. Finished in that Lava 20 waterproof system.

    €10k all in.

    Thanks, that gives me an idea of what I am looking at. The extension is 30sqm.
