Can you claim for depreciation of your car after its been fixed having been in an accident ...other party's insurance is paying? Does the age or value of the car make a difference?

You can generally claim depreciation for cars up to 4 years old. The amount is on a sliding scale ranging from 20% of the repair invoice down to 5% of the repair invoice
