    Hi

Just wondering if anyone knew of a trad session in the Walkinstown area - or would be interested in starting one up?

I play guitar - picking some tunes and also backing - but would like to find a regular session in the neighbourhood. Was playing in a weekly session pre covid a bit far away - but fizzled out. Would be keen to hear from like minded fiddle, banjo, flute etc players in the area. Perhaps if there was 4 or 5 interested people - could meet up for a few tunes (have a room down the bottom of the garden) and if went well - could approach a local pub to see if they would consider holding a session on an otherwise quiet evening.

Drop a message if idea appeals to you.Would be interested in meeting any melody players in the area from time to time regardless for a few tunes - even if a regular session didn't pan out.
