Greener houses 2030

    I was reading about government initiative for green houses, it means around 500.000 house BER rating upgraded to minimum rating of B2 until 2030. My question is does it mean that after that year you will be unable to sell your house if your house BER rating is lower than B2?

    You will be able to sell a home after 2030 even if it does not have a B2 rating.
