The hedge in this picture is now replaced by a new concrete foundation in th next picture

wall just visible is 2m high and finishes flush with front line of the house on the left

foundation is 13 m long and comes out to meet the foundation shown in the first picture which will have a 4 foot wall built.

The gates to both houses is set back about 3m from the road

The question is : how much of the 10 meters [13' minus 3'] can be built at a height over 4' without planning.

The 3m setback takes care of line of sight issues.
