Phantom calls and contacts on iPhone

Hi all, Apologies if this is the wrong forum. Went into my recent call history earlier (iPhone 11 with iOS 16.7.2) and noticed several calls appeared to have been made to random numbers which had appeared as contacts in my contacts list (eg “Da”, “Truck”, “Mised Call”). None of them appear to actually have been answered…

Hi all,
Apologies if this is the wrong forum. Went into my recent call history earlier (iPhone 11 with iOS 16.7.2) and noticed several calls appeared to have been made to random numbers which had appeared as contacts in my contacts list (eg “Da”, “Truck”, “Mised Call”). None of them appear to actually have been answered according to my mobile provider usage log. Deleted all phantom contacts but appears one or two “calls” have been subsequently made. Any ideas?
