Auto refresh and full page expand web page on Chrome

    Please feel free to move if I'm in the wrong section...

    So background is that we took the car off of the 92 yr old father in law last week (we're in the bad books) which he used to go to mass. We set up an 'always on' laptop with a live stream to Mass plugged int the tv, but the feed often gets stuck and needs a refresh which isn't easy as he lives alone and we can't get there every morning.

    I tried a Chrome extension for auto refresh and that seems to work, however, we set the screen to 'full screen' and the refresh whilst keeping the feed live, drops the screen back down to an embedded image.

    Long and short is... Is there a way to refresh the screen and maintain it at full screen, or an additional command or extension we can use to sort this ?
