Twilio - dual capabilities in Ireland?

Am I right in understanding I can't only buy dual (SMS and voice) capable irish numbers on Twilio? It looks like I can buy a landline number (phone) or a mobile number (SMS capability) separately. This is possible in the UK, north America and other european countries. I can't get any information out of Twilio whether this…
