Some planes turning right before Portmarnock on RWY 10R today

Same reason as departures on 28R?? Avoiding go-arounds on the other runway??

Yes it's weather avoidance. If you look at the weather radar there has been cells moving in a northerly direction off the coast.

Hmm...looking at weather in Flightradar24....there are some cells in the Irish Sea, but lots of planes have followed the normal departure out to LIFFY and onwards, right through the cells....

Weather moves fast and a route that is fine for one plane won't be for the next. It could also be that one pilot thinks its fine for their plane but another thinks it's too rough. Lots of variables but it's 100% weather avoidance.
