I'm not moving in there but I do pass by it quite a lot. From my untrained eyes I would say that the first group of houses will indeed be ready for November.

We are moving to Grey Abbey View. We were told it would be towards the end of November before the house would be ready to snag! That was at the end of October and we haven’t heard anything since.
