Audi Let Down

    My 4 year old Audi with just 80,000 km developed a metatronic unit fault. Suddenly left with no reverse gear which rapidly deteriorated to driving exclusively in 1st gear..highly dangerous despite Audi's amber warning!

    Audi confirmed that the fault did not arise from any form of poor driving or servicing in this case. Just one of those things and a bill for 3,400 €. No satisfaction from Audi as out of warranty.
