GMIT or NUIG for Engineering

Hi everyone, I'm doing my leaving this year and want to do engineering but don't know which college I should go to. I know I want to go to Galway but can't decide between the two. I'm also into sports so which college would be best. Thanks.

I studied Engineering many years ago; I would say NUIG has a better reputation. Don't get me wrong, GMIT is excellent but if you are happy with both course contents I would favour NUIG
