Oil burner cycling on and off

I have a Firebird oil boiler with the burner sitting outside the boiler it runs with no problem but will not run when in the boiler keeps cycling on and off I have fitted a new pump and new nozzle , flame sensor

Sounds like it's so far out of adjustment that it needs a service with proper equipment.

sounds like boiler may be clogged with ****
or birds nest in the flu
