Mine wanted all the windows in the communal area open all year, this was in vancouver where what's considered heavy snow fall in ireland would be light over there

I used to be a live in landlord, my request was that no high heels be worn in the house .

it used to be met with strange looks until I showed them the destruction a previous girl did to an area of timber floor in front of a wall mirror where she used to get ready for going out.

Turn everything off at the socket when not in use and nothing (washing machine etc.) to be in use overnight or while no one is in the house. But they will leave phone chargers powered on while not charging anything.

Do not put tea bags in my sink , it was literally my only rule as a live in Landlord.
