Smart thermostat for combi boiler - replacing netatmo

    Hi all,

    We currently have a Netatmo smart thermostat for our Belkin combi boiler. They controller part (not sure of the correct name, the device which allows you to turn up and down the temperate physically) is broken so we can now only control the heating via the app.

    I contacted Netatmo to see if we could replace the controller but they said they whole system would have to be replaced. The controller was also quite flimsy so I am looking for a different brand.

    Ideally, I want one where I can limit how long the heating stays on for when someone increases it, eg. someone increases it to 21 degrees but I can set it so that this setting is invalidated in 1 hr/2 hrs etc.

    Any suggestions? Will need to be something that can be fitted by an electrician rather than a Nest Professional (something I saw Nest require/push you towards).

    I've been using Hive for the last 4-5 years with no issues, as does my partner.
