    Hi my father bought a car for me in Northern Ireland with northern Ireland plated he lives in London and registered the car in his name at his address I am now looking to pay the vrt on the car will I have to pay all the extra charges nox vat etc .. because the car has been registered in the UK for nearly a year the car is still on ni plates
