Classified as public (green)

    My Mum has a savings account and online access to it. She submitted a request to have a current account added to the online banking. She got a reply but when she opens the message all she can see is "classified as public (green). There's nothing else. That was a week ago tomorrow.

    LOL....replying with basically nothing isn't much help.
