I was in Smyths Athlone recently & the state of the trolleys. As far as I can recall there was 2 rows with a few trolleys in each row.

On the last one on the outer side, the place for the coin was all damaged & the coin wouldn't stay in it to free it.

The trolley on the other side has leaves, grit, receipts & wet catalogues in it.

I asked a staff member to help me & he came outside & as soon as he saw the state of them he said " I will get one from the back" which he kindly did.

How do they expect customers to put expensive toys into very dirty trolleys & they are all wet as well.

I expect more from Smyths Toy Store.
