My beautiful dog last week has been diagnosed with a large Thymoma he has been put of Predisone, 60mg for the 1st week, tapered to 30 mg for the last 10 days. Horrible drug with nasty side effects, but he seems comfortable with less coughing. The vets are thinking of surgery would be the next option, but being 13 years old I am reluctant on that, What do you think would be best or has anyone been on the same path? Thanks
