EBS only allows you to transfer money out from a Money Manager account. Login to online banking, then click on 'Manage' and 'My Beneficiaries'. Click the blue button 'Create new beneficiary' over in the upper right corner. Add your Revolut account details there and afer a few hours, you will be able to transfer money out.

If you need to transfer money from a savings account, you will first need to move the money to the MM account, then transfer out. But note that the daily money movement limit of 5,000 includes intra-account transfers. So if all your money is in a savings account, you will only be able to transfer 2,500 out in one day. Because the transfer of 2,500 from a savings account to MM folllowed by the transfer of 2,500 from the MM account to Revolut will hit your daily limit.

You can also use your EBS debit card to top up your revolut account, using the add funds feature within the revolut app itself. The funds will then credit to your account instantly.
