Can someone let me know what the blue cross symbols represent on land registry maps? They are listed in the legend as 'Other Point' but what does that mean. Thanks

I've seen these marked for wells and septic tanks. They may be historic as the wells and tanks are marked differently for the last 30 years approximately.
